Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Voice.Tax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our service.

Service Description

Voice.Tax provides AI-powered voice agents specifically designed for tax professionals. Our service handles incoming calls, schedules appointments, qualifies leads, and performs client intake for tax firms, accounting practices, and related businesses.

Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Represent a legitimate tax or accounting business
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Billing

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes specified usage limits for call minutes, storage, and features. Overage charges may apply as detailed in your plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Scrape or extract data using automated means
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Intellectual Property

The Voice.Tax service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Voice.Tax and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your call data, recordings, and customer information. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data to provide our services.

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The service will meet your specific requirements
  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • AI transcriptions and summaries will be 100% accurate
  • All calls will be successfully captured and processed

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before relying on it for professional decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICE.TAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Voice.Tax harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
